GeorgeTsiakos

George Tsiakos starts painting and observes how his work evolves. He edits various areas with constant corrections and redefines them. This repetitive process allows the previous stages of the work to be revealed. The result is an artwork that combines chaos and organization to such a degree that there is balance. This balance exists in nature. Nothing is absolute. Every entity in nature is related to uncertainty while at the same time being part of a system of rules. This relationship is important in his work, regardless of the materials he uses to create it. However, the use of digital media offers the artist new possibilities. With the use of a computer, the construction of three-dimensional compositions is pretty straightforward. However, it requires a more methodical approach than the one followed in paintings. In other words, the instinctive and the methodical are two concepts that concern the artist.
